Imbalance and dis-ease enter our lives when we veer away from our unique nature, path and/or shut out our hearts and emotions.

I work within several modalities that help peel away the layers that are blocking us from our path of healing, experience of underlying joy and becoming a “real human” that takes their place in community and service to life.
We’ll work together in the following modalities
- Ancestral Lineage Tending recognizes that ancestors and other influences impact our wellness and the wellness of our family. Working together with well wise ancestors, we hone in on the gifts and the harmful generational patterns of the lineages. Receiving guidance and direction from the wise and well ancestors on how to embody the gifts and how to work towards healing and repatterning the harmful generational patterns. - Healing with Plant Spirits is a practice in which we call upon the spirit of plants to balance one’s being. To learn more about Heidi’s method of Healing with Plant Spirits click here.
- These other areas of certification and study may also influence sessions: Karma Yoga, Bhuta Vidya, Pranayama, Meditation, Auric/Kosha health, Ayurveda and the Mythic Body.
